Based upon years of experience in helping individual clients to achieve success and improve their well-being, Jade Crowden has created a structure of training practices and nutrition principles that she knows to be highly effective.

 

Team Strong Happy combines this structure with the supportive power of being part of a team - that feeling of being "in it together" to create accountability, support and shared success!

For £25 per month, Team Strong Happy gives you:
  • 2 live online training sessions per week for all abilities;

  • A blueprint nutrition guide and structured weekly nutrition and well-being habits coaching;

  • Mindset and accountability coaching to change the way you think about your wellbeing, exercise and food;

  • Membership of a private and exclusive online group;

  • Exclusive discounts on all Be Strong Happy programmes and one-to-one sessions; and

  • A mini kit-bag with essential kit for the sessions.

Wherever you are in your fitness and well-being journey, group coaching with Team Strong Happy can help you to face and overcome your own obstacles, whether these are physical or mental, and empower you to make positive change for yourself. Team Strong Happy is suitable for all ages and fitness levels - you work at your own pace.
